Common Outreach Issues
- If you have inquiries regarding participant information, registration transfers or changes, please check our FAQ page first.
- Refunds are unavailable, and all sales are final. We encourage you to find a family member or friend who will replace your participation. If this is not an option, we are grateful for your donation.
- Are you having registration issues? Please read this first! You might be “running” into internet connection or firewall setting problems. We recommend using a PC on a private Wi-Fi network (not a work or public network), clearing your history/cache, or opening an incognito/private browsing window (most important) in Chrome or Firefox. Completely log out of ChronoTrack and restart registration.
